Refined Sugar-Free Cookie Mix

Ingredients: Raw buckwheat flour, white mulberry powder, rice flour, tapioca starch, salt

Recipe suggestion:

Ingredients

1 egg, 100 grams of butter, 250 grams of Gluten-Free Refined Sugar-Free Cookie Mix, 1 packet of baking powder, vanilla

Instructions

Beat the melted butter and egg together
Add the flour mix, baking powder, and vanilla, then mix well
Place the prepared portions onto a baking sheet
Bake in a preheated 175°C oven for about 12 minutes, then let cool
Once cooled, your cookies are ready to serve

Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best before 2 years from the production date.
